Jack in The Pulpit Potluck Platter

This woodsy platter is ready to make it's potluck debut, carrying a batch of sweetly arranged appetizers, a pile of fruit, or some of your favorite crackers and cheeses. The bottom side is a rich red unglazed clay, contrasting the brightly colored image on top.

The Jack in the Pulpit flower is one of my very favorites in the springtime woods, often hiding under its own leaves. But here, I have given it a moment to be the star of the show.
